“ Count Down To Summer Slamm”
Since I am still in what if mode as the big summershow approaches I thought I’d take a random look through a few things and see if it applies? Starting off with the American dragon. What if he’s the one that drops the money in the bank ball and is the first to lose? The way Vince and the WWE this would be another prime candidate to go back to ROH have jerked around this guy. It’s between him and Del Rio and I don’t think that Del Rio’s push is going to be interrupted any more then it already has. Del Rio was supposed to cash in against Punk and we all saw how that one turned out.

What if Impact went back to some things that they never should have gotten rid of to begin with, like say the six-sided ring? I know I’m beating a dead horse here but I still think that ring was what made them special. From the opening shot you saw the ring so you new it was TNA, now it’s just another struggling wrestling promotion fighting a losing battle against the evil empire.
What if Gail Kim goes back to TNA and the Knockouts get on a role again. It’s still a crying shame they at least couldn’t keep her until Kong got back. She could have been Kharma’s secret Ally and they both could have set up the Glamazon. It begs the question how much money did you waste signing her away from TNA only to bury her on your own show. If TNA could make an effective Champ out of Katy Burchil then mix Melina and Gail Kim into that mix with Mickie James and the beautiful people.

What if they are going way overboard with Mark Henry’s Push? He has already put the bigshow and Kane on the shelf and now they are giving him a PPV match with one of their future legends Sheamus. Does anyone not remember what happened in that stupid Nexus segment one Steamboat got dropped on his head? Do you really want Sheamus risking the kind of Injury that will put him on the shelf for an extended period of time, I don’t think so. Besides which Mark Henry couldn’t buy a PPV match for months, I know he’s getting close to hanging it up but come on, Kane and the Bigshow.

Finally, the consensus is is that Cena will get the belt back this Sunday but I don’t know that I agree with that. With the gold that CM Punk has been putting out for the past couple of months they need to have this feud last longer then Summer Slamm. If Cena wins then Punk wont have the credibility that he is enjoying right now. Punk needs to win take the other belt and be a bigger pain in the ass then he already is………
